TalentEdge Asia operates under Talentedge Performance LLP, a licensed advisory practice registered in Singapore. Founded in 2025, we were built on a single conviction: that sustainable performance — for individuals and organisations alike — comes from developing people, not just processes.

Gary Lee
Advisor, Customer Service Excellence
Gary brings the commercial intelligence and client success expertise that completes TalentEdge Asia's advisory team. A San Francisco State University alumnus with advanced executive credentials from Singapore Management University, he has led enterprise commercial strategies and complex regional account portfolios across Asia-Pacific. At TalentEdge, Gary empowers SME clients to align their operational capabilities with modern business metrics — refining service structures, expanding enterprise footprints, and delivering the agile, commercially grounded transformations that turn strong client relationships into lasting, scalable growth.
