We treat all client business strategies, financial data, and personal coaching conversations as strictly confidential. No information is disclosed to third parties without express written consent.

Client Commitment

To protect the integrity of TEP’s proprietary frameworks, training materials, and digital assets, clients agree not to redistribute or replicate TEP materials outside the scope of the engagement.

Data Practices

Information Collection: We collect only necessary contact details and business context via our inquiry form to facilitate the initial discovery session.

Storage & Security: Digital records are stored using encrypted, secure cloud environments. We do not sell or trade your personal or business data to marketing firms.

Legal Compliance: Our practices align with the Singapore Personal Data Protection Act (PDPA) and relevant international coaching standards.
