What services does TalentEdge Asia offer?

TalentEdge Asia offers four core services for Singapore SMEs and PMEs:

How is pricing structured?

All coaching, training, and consulting engagements are custom quoted based on your specific objectives, team size, and programme scope. Contact us for a no-obligation discovery consultation and we will provide a tailored proposal.

What languages are sessions delivered in?

Sessions are conducted primarily in English. Mandarin is available upon request for clients who prefer it.

TalentEdge Asia operates under Talentedge Performance LLP, based in Singapore at 60 Paya Lebar Rd, #06-28 Paya Lebar Square, Singapore 409051. We serve clients across Singapore and work with regional teams online.

Executive Coaching

How do I get started with executive coaching?

You can begin with a single discovery session to explore your goals and assess fit — no commitment required. From there, we typically recommend a 3 to 6 session package to achieve meaningful, targeted outcomes. We offer full flexibility: shorter or longer engagements are available based on your progress and specific needs.

Are coaching sessions online or in person?

Both. We offer online sessions via Zoom or Teams and in-person sessions in Singapore. For SME corporate engagements, we provide additional flexibility to accommodate team schedules and operational demands — including hybrid formats where needed.

Is TalentEdge Asia's coaching aligned with ICF standards?

Yes. Our coaching methodology is fully aligned with the International Coaching Federation (ICF) Core Competency Framework. Every session is built on ICF principles of trust, active listening, and professional ethics — the gold standard for coaching practice globally.

Who is executive coaching suitable for?

Enterprise Training

Who are your enterprise training programmes suitable for?

Our enterprise training is suitable for any organisation in Singapore — from growing SMEs to established MNCs, across all sectors including Retail, ICT, and Professional Services. There is no minimum group size; we work with individual contributors right through to full leadership teams.

Are your training programmes SkillsFuture Credit claimable?

Some of our enterprise training programmes are SkillsFuture Credit claimable. Please contact us directly to confirm eligibility for your specific programme and we will guide you through the process.

All programmes use blended learning delivery — combining synchronous online sessions, face-to-face workshops, and targeted coaching.

Is there a minimum group size for workshops?

No. We work with groups of any size — from 1-to-1 targeted coaching sessions to full team or organisation-wide workshops. Programme design is always adapted to your group size and objectives.

DISC + EQ Assessments

What is the difference between DISC and EQ?

DISC profiles observable external behaviours — how you act, communicate, and respond under pressure. It identifies your dominant style across four dimensions: Dominance, Influence, Steadiness, and Conscientiousness.

EQ (Emotional Intelligence) measures internal skills — how well you recognise, understand, and regulate emotions in yourself and others.

Used together, they create the most complete diagnostic picture for leadership development, team performance, and conflict resolution in Singapore SME environments.

What is the Free DISC Leadership Snapshot tool?

The Free DISC Leadership Snapshot is a complimentary online assessment that takes approximately 5 minutes to complete. It analyses your dominant DISC behavioural profile and generates an instant results dashboard including radar and bar charts, career role suggestions, leadership insights, and dual-dominant profile detection. Results can be downloaded or printed as a PDF.

Does the Free DISC tool store my personal data?

No. The Free DISC Leadership Snapshot is entirely client-side — no personal data is transmitted to or stored on any server. Your results are generated and displayed in your browser only, fully compliant with Singapore's Personal Data Protection Act (PDPA). You can save your results by downloading the PDF.

How is a full DISC + EQ assessment different from the free tool?

The free tool is a concise leadership snapshot — ideal for personal awareness and exploration. A full certified DISC + EQ assessment includes a deeper diagnostic report, a debrief session with a certified practitioner, team-level analysis, and an action plan tailored to your leadership development goals.
